Welp boys I believe i found my problem. This was after i blew the dirt off the two holes. I pretty sure they both had metal freeze style type plugs. I guess its some sort of low idle mixing chamber above the throttle blades hell i dunno. It no worky so im going to Red Green it back together for now till carb kit gets here.

Only thing i can figure is some *a-hole (me) got too close with pressure washer at one time. Its been acting like this for a year or better. About the last time I serviced it.

Some of these cranes were built in the 1950s, as they still have hot-riveted "fish belly" style girders.
I'm about 102%(with a 2% margin of error) sure that this is lead based paint.

And yes, that is a wooden catwalk. Seems sturdy...

One of these episodes is the reason I have 4 weeks of vacation and maximim vacation here is 3 weeks...
I came in to do a lifter job he refused to do and the customer was without wheels for 4 days because of him.

One of my partners in crime (Joe) is walking to Grand Rapids again this year in full gear to raise money for firefighters diagnosed with cancer. He also has a charity called Neighbors United where they raise money for all cancer patients.
