Welp boys I believe i found my problem. This was after i blew the dirt off the two holes. I pretty sure they both had metal freeze style type plugs. I guess its some sort of low idle mixing chamber above the throttle blades hell i dunno. It no worky so im going to Red Green it back together for now till carb kit gets here.
Only thing i can figure is some *a-hole (me) got too close with pressure washer at one time. Its been acting like this for a year or better. About the last time I serviced it.
