Nice here the last couple days. 70 yesterday 75 today. No rain til Thursday

Depends on the species. Siberian and slippery elm aren't very good. I've found American elm is roughly equivalent to white ash and is best split after its sat bucked for a year.

Whatever we have down here burns fine. Splits like crap. Maul just bounces off.
