John, I’m fully invested in Makita now. Need a sawsall for some of the backyard demo and was trying to decide which one. I think I’m just going basic and if that one fails get the better brushless one. I love stopping in at Acme when I am in Minni, that just isn’t going to happen anytime soon.
don’t kick yourself in the balls later and go brushless just for the added battery life
Torque really doesn’t matter on a sawzall

Buy once cry once Gary...

Will take that under advisement. Likely the push I need to "just do it..."

Now to find someone in town with it in stock.

Nah I's still gots em... they never dropped sew she couldn't find em...

I'm okay. Gots a pinched nerve just below/under my left shoulder. Feels like someone prison shived me. Kinda made tree work miserable today. Think I'll chase a couple flexeril with some bourbon and maybe smoke a bowl for good measure and call it a night.
Dude!
I can take 1/2 a Flexoril and drink 2 beers, and I'm out for 12 hours.
Still have the same bottle I got 10 years ago. Wicked lil bastids!

Little more motivation for ya gary;)
Makita makes some really good stuff.
I use Milwaukee, and have had really good luck.
I had one 1/4" impact that the switch went bad. They warranteed it. 2 batteries that they warrantied.
Sawzall broke the crank shaft. It was too old to warranty. Gave it to my nephew. He fixed it and still uses.
Just had my LED handheld light go out. Havent looked into that yet.
I beat on everything ive got nearly everyday at work. Its been pretty good so far.
