Doesn't sound like that. Sounds pretty good and doesn't drone. Plus you get better MPG's with the cat and for modding purposes to gain HP it's a no brainer.

I'm actually at 2" pipe and I have a Megan Racing aftermarket muffler, no cat and no resonantor on aftermarket headers and a 3" tip for looks. Doesn't sound like that at all.

I raffed real hard.

My own personal vehicle: delete the whole cat/resonantor system, run Catless headers, 1.5" pipe and either a glasspack, cherry bomb or Magnaflow race muffler with an aftermarket tip.

Customer: offer replacement options and if they wanna gut the cat (no inspections) offer them that option as well. IMHO it's the way to go. Delete cats, delete def systems. Delete it all. Lol
