I would guess the goal is to reduce the work your pancreas does.

I had sleep apnea and a CPAP until I lost all the weight and didn't need it anymore

My problem is there are times I simply can't shut my brain off and stop worrying about stuff

I don't really worry about stuff but I do think some. The sleeping meds usually but not always put me to sleep for 2-4 hours. After the initial wake up I may doze for a few minutes at a time but it's not quality sleep.

I have found that a CBD / CBN gummie before bed really helps with this.

I tried gummies once. Took it 2 hours before bedtime, made my heart race and I was awake all night. I think they have different kinds now. Co worker told me that indica variety helped with sleep. I don't know what it had, it just said delta 8.

I’ve been in contact with both of them, and it’s nothing fishy. It’s political. The rules about no politics were being bent, and it got to both of them, for separate reasons. No one was banned or anything. They both stepped away on their own accord. I just want to set the record straight.

Good afternoon folks. Got my Poulan wild thing running better today, just had to adjust the carburetor. Still a little iffy. Ordered a new air filter for it as well as the Chinese carb and all because it was only 5 bucks more to have an extra carb and stuff for it. I also ordered a new carburetor for my Stihl MS391 from The Duke, hopefully that fixes her. Thinking I’ll keep that saw for maybe a week and see how I like it, but if the carburetor fixes it there’s so much profit to be made I’ll probably sell it or trade it.

I ain't no doctor so feel free to tell me to gfm, but avoiding antibiotics up til now means that you are in the best place for them to be effective against your current issue if my learnings count for anything mate.
My MD believes you can build immunity to them if you take for every little thing. You are not in that position.

They did tell me that, never having taken them means if I ever do they will be really effective.

It's actually not that bad, I tried a CBD cream for my knees at the end of the week sometimes. Gummies and Creams and all that stuff doesn't have THC in it.

Melatonin maybe? As for gummies 0% THC versions are my daily drivers, no high just calmness of the brain.

I picked up some Delta 8 ones when I was in the USA this month. I wasn’t a big fan, texture and taste were awful. I’ve never used a medical sleep aid but I find the gummies really help.

Everyone I've ever talked to that had trouble sleeping was actually worse off after all the medications..for whatever reason.

Most modern yogurts won't really do much for your gut. They're too highly processed, some are pasteurized, and some are too
loaded with sugar or additives to do any good. Same thing with some of the commercially available Kefir drinks.

Some places carry pro-biotic milk that's mainly infused with Lactobacillus, and it's non-pasteurized and will actually get some good
stuff into your gut.

I eat a lot of Kimchi and home-brewed sauerkraut. I've had good luck with both.

I have tried it and it does help, but my employer tests for thc metabolites randomly and I don't want to get caught by a random test. I know they advertise that there is 0% THC in the gummies and such, but with my luck I have no interest in risking it more than I already have.

Yet alcohol is legal and sold everywhere. I had to take my wife to the ER last year after I discovered her closeted alcoholism, after she had a seizure on the kitchen floor from extreme withdrawal symptoms. And If I have a gummy so I can actually sleep, I risk losing my job.

I can sleep when I'm dead. I feel like ive earned that much

Delta 9 is still illegal in NC.
My brothers friend gave me a gummy he made. He said he makes a lot of edibles. I haven't tried it yet because I'm having surgery next Friday and didn't know how long it says in system.

Well we are getting the torrential rains and wind from the "atmospheric river" they predicted

but

They are also calling for temps to finally fall below freezing starting Monday after this weeks long warm spell and calling for snow and minus digit temps, as measured in FREEDOM units

If there is no break between this rain and the sub freezing temps it is going to be an icy śhit storm so I just went and bought five 60 lb bags of traction sand for the driveway

Plus, how did I live for over 6 decades and never hear of an "atmospheric river" before a few years ago?

Seems to be quite the trendy term these days
