Out doing some trail cleanup.
I made these years ago for my wife to go for walks with Annie. They've been neglected the past few years as she got less and less mobile.

We took a walk this morning out here with Koda and I was asked to see if I can make them easily walkable again.

I think Annie would have approved.

It's my wife's birthday.
We went to get her a new office chair.
We also ended up at a craft store, so I amused myself..

Even she laughed and said I was an idiot.
Same thing with my wife. She just laughs and says WTF is wrong with you?

That's why you moved.
No, we moved down here because my dad got transferred to the State Police post down here when i was in 6th grade. I’ll go back some day.

My parents are having a house built on their 80 acres up there now that they’re both retired.

Even though I don't have any 'land' I've used an Echo U handle brush cutter here for years. Finally got sick of the lack of ergos and bought a similar vintage D handle one home the other day. Happy buyer.

Well, you did include the letter D which does not belong in that word and you forgot the letter N…

Update on the severe wind warning, especially for the Anchorage area

Southeast winds of 50 to 70 mph, with gusts of 85 to 100 mph, were possible for the Anchorage Hillside and higher elevations surrounding the Chugach front range. Lower-elevation areas near the mountains — including the Lower Hillside, East Anchorage and Eagle River — could see southeast winds of 30 to 45 mph, with 60 to 80 mph gusts possible, according to the weather service.

Yikes

We are only looking at 75 mph gusts

Guess we are sissies
