Big Red ain't playing that gameJust pull her pants down and spank her!
So, it didn't fail, it was rejected? It has a GM one wire alternator. The only part on it that has failed under the hood since I built it....
Toyota.
If this is going rate, then my Ariens 24” Deluxe snowblower must be worth $4k by now - after all, I paid $900 for it about 6 years ago. These mf'ers are smoking bath salts based off the prices on this stuff..

If you are feeding cows today get ready for an alternator on the tractorThe coolest part of all this was that when we were almost home with Millie's car, my F350 started making a weird noise. It was my alternator. The bearing came out the back of the case. Two failed alternators in one day. Ain't life grand?
Because if you are expecting it, it won't happenIf you are feeding cows today get ready for an alternator on the tractor
Yeah it usually happens when you have 50 acres of hay down and it's supposed to rain the next day.Because if you are expecting it, it won't happen
A guy I know has that luckThe coolest part of all this was that when we were almost home with Millie's car, my F350 started making a weird noise. It was my alternator. The bearing came out the back of the case. Two failed alternators in one day. Ain't life grand?
You are just like a woman and don’t want ignoredSorry, dupe post.
I’m a lot happier with the controlling *b-word I had goneBig Red ain't playing that game
We had a amc hornet when I was a kid. Come on Steve you don’t remember where I grew upSo, it didn't fail, it was rejected?
Poor truck thinks it's being turned into an AMC.
Dally won't know what to think of this. LOL
Why? The truck already had all the necessary wiring in it. The trick with older Ford vehicles with the mechanical voltage regulators was to replace them with an electronic voltage regulator from a vehicle somewhere in the latter 80's I believe. This made the charging system reliable for a long, long period of time.Seems as if there's some butthurt because Ford can't figure out how to make their own single wire alternator.
I meant the chevy parts failing in Randy's truck, don't pull your deflection bs on me this morning, I had my coffee. LolA guy I know has that luck

Also had a rambler back in the late 70 s early 80s
Funny you should mention the tractor. I'm sure you are well aware of how the old Deeres have the lift arms just swinging around back there. I use a strap to hold them together when ain't nothing on the back. Somehow my strap broke, one of the lift arms was rubbing my tire hard.....didn't really hurt anything but damn.If you are feeding cows today get ready for an alternator on the tractor
Sometime before I got ol Clifford someone put a Chevy alternator on it. All the wiring was long gone. Why? The truck already had all the necessary wiring in it. Ford owners figured out it was easier to use Chevy parts for durability and cheaper costI meant the chevy parts failing in Randy's truck, don't pull your deflection bs on me this morning, I had my coffee. Lol
You need a quick connect for the 3 pointFunny you should mention the tractor. I'm sure you are well aware of how the old Deeres have the lift arms just swinging around back there. Dry pop that ass then pee in itPee in her butt.
Had a whirlygig PTO rake climb the back of the tractor when the arm got caught in the AG lugs in a tight turn one time...limiting chains with turnbuckles are your friend!Funny you should mention the tractor.
