Be happy you still have a bike to ride. Got rid of my last bike 4 years ago and regret that decision nearly every day. Realistically, at that point in my life and parenthood, I couldn't ride very often. Now I could ride every day, but can't.

The jug has no deep scratches other than the squish band having a few dings..

The case has those little holes under the jug.

I have more questions, but assuming the jug is re-usable(I'd want to see the area that the ring caught) I'd ballpark it $2-300. No way I wouldn't refresh bottom end on it while I had it apart. But I would be working on it myself on my time.
