Not sure about that. I’m having a hard time even unlocking my brace when I can. It’s a mental thing for me. I’m worried I’m going to end up putting weight on it if I unlock it so I’ve been leaving it straight

Not sure about that. I’m having a hard time even unlocking my brace when I can. It’s a mental thing for me. I’m worried I’m going to end up putting weight on it if I unlock it so I’ve been leaving it straight

you cant be relying on it all the time or you will weaken your leg

just like a back brace weakens your back if wear it all the time
