Ford has always had better fleet deals to large companies than any others. That's why they can claim best selling as all the leased fleet vehicles count.
Plus, they offer the 450 and 550, which fit the bill between a 1 ton and something as large as a Kodiak.
Who knows Ford better then your friend Chevy grease monkey?

I'm mostly just fcking with dall. I pretend to be a Ford loyalist but I'm really not. I've been very happy with my F150 but I've owned more GM than anything. Actually, I still own more GMs than anything.

That makes sense though. Every public works department, school district, utility company, police department, etc. that I've seen runs Ford almost exclusively. There's a few Tahoes and some Chargers mixed in, but it's overwhelmingly Ford. The city police ran Impalas for a long time, but even they've gone to Explorers now.

I drive past the Ford dealer on my way to work. I bet they have 50+ f-350's to f-550's in cab and chassis, dump and utility box configurations sitting on their lot. Every one is white in color.
They are under new ownership, I've never seem that many there ever.

Almost every police department in Hawaii runs Toyotas

Mostly 4Runners

But Toyota is kind of the overwhelming favorite there anyway

Except for rental fleets

We have a pair of F350’s at work that get the shìt beat out of them every winter plowing and salting. They hold up as well as the Chevys we used to have. Now with the aluminum bodies there’s less rot problems. The last steel body f350 the box rotted off in about two years….we use a lot of friggin salt!!

Today’s project…ran some warped/twisted (sound like anyone we know?) black cherry through the planer (mostly sap wood). Figured this was a good place to use it up. View attachment 404086View attachment 404087Wrapped the work bench with it. I was happy how it turned out. View attachment 404088
So who you calling warped and twisted ?
Dallas will want pictures of your tow mirrors.
