Usually you wake up a pain in the ass. This just more healing up? I would assume they wired your sternum back together.
That sternum is a bit ch. Takes a long time trying to heal while flexing every breath. He is a pain in the ass 24/7. That has not changed. Lol

My son got me one of those, I still haven't tried it out. I'm thinking some Laphroiag Quarter Cask and a Pledge would be a pretty fine session.

Morning fellas. Decided to whip her up some breakfast and come in a little late today. More lexan today, but this time it's boxes. The acrylic adhesive we use certainly wouldn't fly in California.

The pains I get is in the collar bone area and to the arm pits
Usually the only time the incision hurts is when I sneeze and then it hurts on both sides
Center of chest and the back between shoulder blades

I've been doing stretching exercises to try to help my back. I'm at a little bit better place with it today.
Stretching truly does help. Stretch and hold for minimum 7 seconds but 10 seconds preferably. Staying hydrated keeps muscles elastic. They go hand in hand.
