I just didn’t understand why the 32mm measurement unless he meant 32cm then it’s about 2.5 cm per inch and that would be about 13 inches

Yes. But the Blum hinge machines or cnc routers have line boring heads that drill 5mm shelf holes 32mm apartso nothing to do with actually laying out cabinets just the hinge *s-word
