Picked up my pig, more than I expected. Even got a bunch of the fat to mix with my venison, when I harvest it soon. Buddy has a nice farm, was a good visit. Looking forward to eating some. Bunch of pork chops. Some butts. Tenderloins, bacon, sausages and chorizo. Going to be eating high on the hog for a while. Life is good.

I misread your post Larry. I read it as workers unwilling to work and being slackers/@dall.

For the most part we’re pretty well staffed.

We always added pig fat to ground moose and caribou and to sausages as well

Plus covered meatloaf with bacon too
