Happy Friday fellas, we're looking to have morning showers and a muggly day here. Getting started on the weekend early. Try not to rub the chrome off'n yer dent pullers this weekend.
It's Dalice's dent puller and he/she will wash it as fast as necessary.

Good morning gang. 70 now up to 87 later. Last evening was Winona County’s Family Night on the Farm. This year it was a local farm that hosted the event. Good meal, lots of machinery to look at/climb on, and games for the kids. Lots of people there, good turn out. I think it’s great that they open up their farm to the public like that to show what agriculture is all about.

It really was. The boys loved it. They climbed on about everything, ate ice cream more than once, got to plant prairie grass in cups to take home, milked a cow, and rode on a hay ride.

Absolutely, I made it clear at a young age if you think you're gonna talk to me like I'm some b!tch I'm gonna knock your teeth out..I didn't give a fukk who you thought you were, I made good on it EVERY single time, I laid a guy out that was my age now when I was 17..he thought he was tough..apparently not as tough as he thought.

I treat 99% of the people I encounter with respect, you have to be a real beatoff for me not to. Dustin is picking that mentality up from me, he had not a single soul to show him otherwise. I hope he remembers it no matter what he does in life and passes it on.
Fellas, I just gotta say it kinda gives me a little hope to read this.

Ive had a lot of younger guys come in thinking they already knew everything, and ive had some that didnt know Jack chit about anything. Only difference was that some were smart enough to admit they were green. Some were willing to learn, and I'll give young guys(or girls) a hard time, but I'll teach them anything I know IF they are willing to learn.
Just like you guys, what I do is rewarding, but EXTREMELY dangerous.
I dont put up with disrespect when it has to do with something serious.
I also dont tolerate halfassery.
It has to be done right, or people that trust us to take care of their equipment can and do get hurt/killed.

We HAVE to find and teach the younger generation, or there will be none to do what we do. I'm already older than a lot of guys that are still turning the wrenches.
I still do that, and the management end of it as well.

Schools started back here two days ago, got to work at 8...had to ease by CVS and pick up a couple of blood pressure, a-fib scripts at da drive-thru. I drive right past my old high school twice a day to and from work/home...senior parking lot is in the very front of the school. Ewe wouldn't believe the damn vehicles these kids are driving nowadays...new and next to new every SUV out there, Bronco's, Mustangs, Lexus', Corvettes, BMW's, Benz's, Infiniti's, etc. And of course half a million dollars of jacked up trucks in every other parking spot. Times have certainly changed from the ol' Chevelle, GTO, Z28, Firebird, T/A, Pinto, Maverick, Monza, Cutlass, AMC, Cosmo/RX-7 etc, etc days fo sho.
