There are definitely too many people that belittle others for failing at something they’ve never seen before. You are spot on about that!

I had guys that worked for my dad that were 20-30 years older than me when I was young that took me under their wing and taught me a bunch, ya..they busted my balls but not in a demeaning way..they were good dudes, I'm still friends with every one of them that are still alive. If you need to make someone feel like an idiot at something they know nothing about you're a tiny person inside..you need slapped a few times. I don't need to treat someone 20 years younger than me like their retarded to feel like I have a set of balls...

That’s where the world took a turn for the worse: lack of respect for people. Especially the younger generation trying to figure it out. I’ve known some great individuals over the years that have guided me and helped me learn to do what’s best. I’ve also worked placed where the seniors belittled and literally made me quit to avoid further abuse when they could have helped me understand instead. The phrase “Common sense isn’t so common” comes to mind - but the kicker is: everyone grew up with different experiences. So what I know may be completely foreign to you, and vise-versa.

Absolutely, I made it clear at a young age if you think you're gonna talk to me like I'm some b!tch I'm gonna knock your teeth out..I didn't give a fukk who you thought you were, I made good on it EVERY single time, I laid a guy out that was my age now when I was 17..he thought he was tough..apparently not as tough as he thought.

I treat 99% of the people I encounter with respect, you have to be a real beatoff for me not to. Dustin is picking that mentality up from me, he had not a single soul to show him otherwise. I hope he remembers it no matter what he does in life and passes it on.

Lightweight. I had twice that by 6:20 this morning when I went out to check the cows. Don't even know todays total. Told my youngest daughter, who does a lot of digital artistry, I want her to make me up something that says coffee, hate and heavy metal. Been telling customers that is what I run on for few years now. Started the day at 81F and hit 104F for high.
