Not So Pro 3

So a feller had 2 sausage patties left from breakfast, and 2 country-style boneless ribs left from Friday night.
Also had some cheap bacon in the freezer and some hashbrown diced taters.
Chopped up 1/2 pound of that frozen bacon and sweated that down with the taters and some seasoning. Added the sausage and pork ribs I had chopped up.
Stirred up 4 double yolk eggs and a hand full of Colby Jack cheese and added at the end.
Good dinner, and I know whats for breakfast/lunch tomorrow.
Still havent turned on the stove in the kitchen...

We got another half inch of rain today, more due overnight. Brisket was fantastic. Will do again that is for sure.

Reached 90° today. Had four inches of rain this week.

Evening Miscreants. Just thought I would check in yinz as I enter hour 3 of what is an extended 7 hour layout at MSP on my way home. Flight was originally to depart at 9;59CDT, not looking at 02:08CDT. Could have driven home from here in the time we are sitting here waiting.

Ive heard bleach works well for an eye rinse after seeing such things...

Afternoons meat manglers.
Bosslady and Tia are out of town, so I took a few moments to test drive and clean a couple of the pew-pews.
Had to get this little bastid out and run a few through.
Looks like a toy, but it shoots SWEET!
Pick one up if you ever find them.
Made in black, brown, and a brown/green-ish color. The latter is pretty rare. All are going up in value.

There was that model 66 that Montgomery Ward sold, and there was also a slightly different model that only K Mart sold.
As far as I know, the black and Brown ones were mostly sold at local gun shops, or direct mail order from Remington.

The one I shot was probably from Kmart - we had one in town for years when I was growing up before they went under. The rifle was my buddies dads, and my buddies grandpa was one of the last commercial fisherman and trapper to exist around here.
