Of the 170 acres I have, it appears to have burned off atleast 150 of it, they’re making a stand against it closer to the road where my home and neighbours homes are. Looks like it got to my mill. Il be lucky if I have anything left, wind picks up later today. What was the best land around will probably be black scorched earth. They will be talking about this fire for over 100 years. Being on edge just sucks, I’ve had little trickles and bits of hope here and there, I’m tired. I just want whatever is destined to happen to happen already so I can get there and assess what next. I might half to rebuild my home and clear cut the whole land if the fire made it to the pine crowns.

Hang in there buddy, sorry for whatever you lose. I hope insurance pays off, they have a way of weaseling out of stuff. The land will recover, just keep the people safe. The rest is all replaceable! Will continue sending prayers your way.

I picked up a 7 foot finish mower this morning. Made short work of the pasture and much cleaner cut than the old brush hog. Grass isn't growing much here, we've been a little short on rain.

That sucks! He was always a favorite of mine to watch. I can’t believe the clinic/hospital treated him like that either, that’s unacceptable for anyone!
