Lacrosse came back today for the intake gaskets. I think I get extra credit points for all this GM work. No more overheating or milkshake oil though. Still gotta look at the exhaust leak.

I laughed. Even though it wasn't a damn bit funny. It’s snowing there but at your place the precipitation is rotting barn pieces![]()
Give poodles a little credit, he probably isn't that smart. Lol
Morning grillers and thrillers…70 to 80 and da wet stuffs again here shortly.
What‘d uh miss in the da last 24 other than someone let Kenny, Kenny, Kenny, Kenny, Kenny Chameleon out da trunk?
Ok, but he still stole someone's saw. That's no bueno. At least he was smart enough to edit his post and remove the phone # he posted.
I asked him when he was planning on returning the saw. He responded with "When I feel like it."
A thief is a thief, even if they're not a threat.
Sorry for the misunderstanding, I was defending poodles, not the pos who steals saws. LolOk, but he still stole someone's saw. That's no bueno. At least he was smart enough to edit his post and remove the phone # he posted.

I'd say it wasn't alcohol....more likely it was the meth.Out of the trunk and into the drunk apparently. Posting at 03:58.
It is back together and I took it out on the highway for a bit and let it stretch its legs. If it is worth doing I'll pull that throttle body and clean the coolant passage. I assume I'll need to replace the gasket? Also any common exhaust leak points I should check out first? Particularly around the rear manifold area? Those are gravy.
I'm guessing it's back together.
If not, take the throttle body off the upper. Poke around the coolant passage with a pick...
Those like to get thin, crack and flood the engine with coolant.
Used to get them towed in hydrolocked.
