It's not too bad. I like community, it's very low-key, not pretentious at all. Most people just want to take their classes and go home.

There is a real dipchit in my math class. I wanted to smack him yesterday. He was going on before class about how he's "taking this class for entertainment" and he could test out through calc 4 if he wanted and he was doing derivatives in 5th grade, blah, blah blah. I said under my breath "Yeah you're a real rocket scientist pal, guess that's why you're here at community college." The teacher bust out laughing.

Also his mom picks him from class.

I play that routine frequently as well. get the place nice and toasty ( near 80 in basement where stove is) with a few extra fans heat soaking everything (basement floor especially) for a couple of days and then give it a break letting the fire burn completely out. The way the place is insulated we frequently get 36+ hours b4 the backup heat comes on.

Meeting went okay. Room was packed with neighbors. Developer had all his engineers there and because the township engineer hadn't gotten a chance to review their geotechnical reports, they refused to vote on it, and refused to let the developer's engineers comment. And the developer inadvertently admitted that no one responded to his "town hall" where he was gonna try to buy everyone over with a coke and a hotdog.

So it didn't get denied, but it delayed them and cost him a lot of money.

I'd rather feed the fire and cut wood than pay to big of a gas bill, needing the gas for the cooking stove/oven. So far, used ~60 gallons of propane, it'll increase a bit quicker middle of march on as I tend to get a bit lazy even with there being a good bit of seasoned wood nearby..

I got a piston from LRB for my 695. Only one available unless you can talk Paul @Gullet out of one. The rings are too thick and are proud of the piston. I got a set of cabers for an 039, put them in a 2" PVC "T", and ground the thickness with emery in a drill to .175" thickness. Make sure you grind the ID and keep checking.

Or you can send me your 695 for disposal. Mine runs great and pulls strong.
