I courted my wife on a 48 8N.
That sounds ‘bout right…like a damn hillbilly who would’ve blasted that Kenny Chesney bullshitt ‘She thinks my tractor’s sexy’ tune a hundred times a day in his p’up on his new Sparkomatic am/fm cassette radio and speakers from Auto Zone had that tune been out back in dem days. Damn redneck! Lol

Was it new?:)

Nope. It was out behind a friend's barn when I came here from North Carolina. He said it was junk cause the wiring harness burnt up. LOL

His brother and I fixed it and then re-ringed the engine. Good old tractor....

I think you mean kraco cassette radio & speakers, sold at Kmart.

If I remember right, you could get speakers & radio for around $30, and lucky if the speakers were not blown before you go out of the parking lot.

Funny *s-wordt right there…I tried the Sparkomatic and Kraco route back in those days and that’s exactly where I bought the Kraco setup from, K-Mart. Couldn’t get a pair of small needle nose or small pair of vise-grips and a bent nail tip in your hands fast enough to pull the door handle wire clip, and go at them door skins with flathead screwdrivers and get them cheap ass speakers mounted, only to crank it up and sound like pure *s-wordt. And then a trip to Autozone to get a couple packs of door skin clips ‘cause you broke half the damn things getting the door skins off.

Thats my 1995.
4 x 4. Auto. 302. Short bed single cab.
All original. Even factory exhaust still.
And the spare tire.:oops::rolleyes:
Looked familiar, picked up a 1995 250 with the 460 5 speed not long ago. Head gaskets going back on today!

Good morning fellas. Today is the start of my last granddaughters (in Sports) travel basketball season before high school. Damn I am old...
Maybe you just didn't waste time getting to be a granddad. I just became one at 57. So you got to enjoy them longer. Plus, you're old! Lol

Not me man. I've always been a Pioneer Super Tuner guy.....with good speakers too. Who wants to listen to crappy sounding music?

I was 37 when my granddaughter Jasmine was born.

I’ve still got a five component Pioneer home system w/turntable, glass front/wood system rack from the late 80’s and the Pioneer floor speakers. Works like a champ to this day.

As far as vehicle systems go, I could finally afford decent *s-wordt after working and saving, min wage wasn’t *s-wordt back then as you know, and went Pioneer with cassette players and speakers. Then jumped up to Kenwood and Alpine later. Then when the Pyle Driver Pounders and Stillwater Kickers came along in the late 80’s, man I was in high mf’ng cotton then. Lol
