Made a table for the splitter.
If I like the way it works, I'll probably put some expanded metal on there.
Just had some 1/2" thick x 2" steel angle brackets we use for mounting power bars for cranes. Bolted those on and slapped two pieces of shelf board on.

That's a *s-wordt-ton of dirt and sand...don't matter how ya add it or stack it!

The guy who drives our dump truck likes that the gravel pit is about 4 miles away and can make 16 loads a day. What he doesn't like is that the gravel pit is directly at the base of the mountain and where the job is, is at the peak of the mountain. There's no getting a running start... It could be worse though, it could be an old 300 mack going 18 mph up the hill.

We poured a 17yd basement floor Thursday. Not many yards but enough for us. That was just after we poured... Maybe 8:30 am Finished up about 3:30

I'd take dally for a BIL. Just got out of the rehearsal dinner and this is definitely not my crowd. Frat boy groomsmen that I have to associate with and the only bridesmaid who is better than a 6 brought her boyfriend...
