Good morning Saturdayers. I've got eight to do, and then some single A baseball tonight up in Grand Rapids. Keep it rubber side down today.

I've ran through a ton of seasonings for steak, and came back to good meat with salt and pepper. Let the flame make the flavor.

Did a small pork loin with kraut Thursday night. A little salt, pepper, and garlic. Hard sear in butter then throw the taters and kraut in with a little more butter and brown sugar on top in the oven. About the time the pork loosens up the potatoes are done. Good eats and easy cooking in one pan.

154,000 some odd pounds.
Comes up to 77.16 short tons.
Short ton is 2,000 lbs.
Metric ton is 1000 kilograms, or 2,200 lbs roughly.
Its all heavy.

Decided I wanted another one of those thick pork chops for dinner.
Making some taters and onions to go with.
Sliced tater, onion, 2 cloves of fresh garden grown garlic, Cavenders Greek seasoning, butter, and a little EVO.
Cover with foil and let go slow on the grill while I have a cold brew.
