Good morning men, had to drive an hour to plug a cat 5 cable in. They worked on it all day, nobody bothered to check if it was plugged into a lan drop. What a bunch of idiots. I did thank them for waiting until it was time and a half before they called me.

Got three offers on the house and got the price we were hoping for but not the amount that was new boat territory. Was a stressful day as until 4pm there was only going to be one-off. Those other offers made us an extra $30k so very happy they came in.

Are you guys past the crazy market peak? We have slowed now too. About a month ago was the time to get the highest price, but also the time to pay the highest price. Good luck Gary.

If we had been planning this ahead of time we would have been on the market 6 to 8 weeks ago and would have had more bidders. Depending on when people that mortgage shopped they cold be paying a full point or ore which changes what they can spend quite a bit.
