I am really not too sure what I am looking for. The primary water is smaller creeks and lakes but do connect to the big lake. Probably something in the 18ft range, wife likes a pontoon, I am not sure that I don’t want something a little more maneuverable. I need to figure out how deep our little creek is, there were a couple pontoons within view, not sure what else is around. We’ll start with something older and see how much we use it and for what and then see what we decide in the future.

I prefer stand alone scan tools. I like the Innova brand tools. The handheld tools at harbor freight are rebranded Innova.
