That looks damn good Tim, but I would have it sauced "enough" with my favorite sauce to keep it from drying out by tomorrow.
Unless you plan to eat it all tonoght of course.:)
Cant remember. Was it Open Pit or Chicken and ribs BBQ sauce you grew up on?

Mom doped open pit with some brown sugar and onion flakes growing up.

I whipped up some eastern Carolina vinegar juice for that. I normally let the end user sauce as desired. That whole pan(minus what the gal-friend takes home) will get chilled and vac sealed for later consumption.

Mornin' Monday mastermfers. Plus @dall

Morning men, back to work where I can relax. Lol. This hobby farm keeps you busy. By the time the left wrist can really be used, the right arm is going to be like Popeye.

Never used to be able to pick up feed bags with one hand to load/unload. Just need to be careful I don't hurt the good one.

Be safe out there!

Two down not going anywhere for awhile LOL!
Thats a nice looking rig!
I'm assuming its what you used to pull the counterweight. How much that weigh?
I only had to replace a blown hoist motor frequency drive.
Only weighed 20 lbs, but I had to be on my knees all morning.
And no, I'm NOT used to being on my kness a lot. You'll have to get with that slacker @dall for that.;)
