I just got the plow and chains on the cub cadet.the massey came with a onan 16 hp it has a kohler 18 on it now
the john deere is diesel
Did not know Massey made those with diesel engines. Nice! My small tractors, FERGY to-20, and power-trac PT-425 are gassers, my Deutz D7007 is diesel.
My most reliable, easy to start tractor is the TO-20. I don't care how cold it is. Fires right up. A 30, 35 diesel, or a 40 would be nice too. The Deutz is pretty fuel sippy for a 70hp tractor though. We have a Ferguson 20,30 and 40

If Tennessee is getting that much snowBetween Saturday afternoon, and Sunday, the weather guessers are predicting 8 - 10 inches of wet heavy snow here.
I might have to move.
Good move John. You are always one step ahead. These southern storms can put the wet snow down.I just got the plow and chains on the cub cadet.

Mark I know you are a well seasoned owner operator. But I thought with that track system or the other chain style track system you had to run pneumatic tires. I see you are running Setco solids with that system. Flexibility is limited for sure. And on hard pan or pavement that would be hard on studs, axles, and undercarriage.I took the tracks off the bobcat after breaking the studs on front wheel
