I know, I know, I know. I have often struggled with this issue in times of stress. After several attempts of Randy’s trick of focusing on my breathing finally got me back to sleep.

Had a similar night “sleep” last night muh self. Had a client try and nitpick and haggle the agreed price down yesterday when I showed up to start her project. This homie don’t play that game. I took my toys and left before I started.

An armed forces friend of mine said they were taught to picture themselves laying in the bottom of a canoe looking up at the night sky while doing the breathing. About and hour of that finally got me back to sleep.

They let their algorithm get a little *f-wordy a couple years ago about chainsaw videos. Wanted me to jump through some hoops to get vids back up that were getting about 17 views apiece. The whole situation was so ridiculous it was funny. I know a lot of guys kept/need their account but that's just not how I roll.

Me too...but I ignored it.

Stress, what stress? You still have the same paying job you had two weeks ago don't you?

The job itself has its own inherent stresses. Right now exceptional success is creating a staff that is overworked and beyond their limits. We are 24% above budget sales year to date, doing a volume of business that our staff and building is not large enough to handle.

Add the current situation and uncertainty in and it is stressful.

Fanks bud. I gotta NOT touch that "big" homo heavy saw I ported. I got in a zone of false security. Wasn't hurting beyond my normal for quite some time. Got stupit, ran 5 tanks in it running the 75:1 test and yesterday my upper body said "you shall pay dearly for this" and I am. Someone else will have to conduct the testing or it won't happen.

About ready for the stock pot

48 hours in the crock pot with onion, carrot, and celery for the last 8. Best chicken stock I’ve ever had. I wish I could say I haven’t been eating massive quantities of soup lately…
