I’ll check it out. I need something I can do inside at home after E goes to bed. I won’t leave the house in winter again, too cold to do it outside half the year. I do pretty good getting Thea a walk on even the coldest days but to do it a second time is asking too much self motivation.
Sure you can get shredded with weights. That gym Jason is talking about is legit. But there are pleanty of ways to skin that cat. Due to the current state of the world weight sets and equipment are currently in short supply. Your body is the only gym you can take everywhere with you.![]()
I took what you were saying to heart. It’s not like I’ve never done this stuff, I go have a Bachelor of Phys Ed after alll. Just when you don’t do something for almost 30 years you sometimes forget or wonder what has changed in the meantime.
I’ll likely pick up something like this right away and then see where I go with it.

That is almost my sinario as well Gary almost word for wordMy knees and hips can’t take the abuse of running. I walk a pretty quick clip with the dog, not one to saunter down the street. Family won’t walk with me as I go to fast.

No weights, no supplements other thsn a multi vitamin and according to every doctor and dietician I eat like chit.
My diet is meat, potatoes, milk, mountain dew and some rum and cola on friday and saturday nights.
You wouldn’t be a Texan if you didn’t eat meatI’ve tried all kinds of powder. They all taste chalky and gritty, and their just nasty. I prefer meat and milk
