Helmsman spar urethane on those doors. Water based sealer on the cedar walls. Not about to sand those doors. Sanding the frames was enough.

Those doors are ugly imo.

Supposedly this water base sealer wont yellow like oil base polyurethane. But if it does darken, they will do it together. Knotty pine slabs on order. Jaysus the price is up!

Had to run over to a Boeing warehouse near hangar 83 a little while ago and check on some avionics parts that came in and decided to jump on one of their Mettler Toledo scales...that f'ng scale is lying...234.7 lbs, back off 5-6 lbs for the boots/clothes. Where the hell my figure going I once had? And I ain't gots no time for a Jenny Craig plan.

Good morning boys and girls,

I have had another ride on the spinning bike, the result for 30 minutes was 310 calories. Far back to my record of 60 min and 1200 calories ....
That said, I'm not pushing for anything, I'll have my body running again.
I'm probably far down in many ways, physically & mentally, but I have started, next week I go 4 times on the bike, I am down but not out.

The rest of the evening is going to make a 1-10 point list for the doctor, going there tomorrow.
The reason I have to do it is that I am very messy, the 10 years of solvents have definitely helped a little lol
