I have the same blower... Its a pretty amazing little unit!

It’s as good as my Husky 2-stroke blower as far as MPH and CFM. Too easy to just grab it, jack a pair of fully charged 5.0 Ah’s in it and go.

This Makita blower is part of the stuff I got from the gal who’s dad passed. BNIB, had to cut the tape...it was the blower combo with two 5.0 AH batteries, dual rapid charger, and two free 5.0 AH batteries with the purchase of the blower kit. The kit runs about $350...I’ve got less than half tied up in it.

You folks wouldn’t believe the BNIB Makita, Milwaukee, DeWalt stuff I scored and God knows how many 4.0, 5.0 AH Li-Ion batteries across each platform. And every single tool is brushless, no brushed motors in anything.

Call it right time, right place, whatever. But I’ve scored a bunch of BNIB Milwaukee, Makita, and a couple of DeWalt things for a third of what this stuff sells for new...whether Amazon, Ebay, local stores, etc.

That’s a shame. I don’t wanna have to get on a different platform to get a decent blower. If that’s the case I might just get whatever the cheapest Echo or Husky is, don’t remember the models

I don’t like having the different battery platforms no more than anybody else...sometimes the best bang for the buck/better engineered/most dependable is a different cordless tool(s) than what your single existing battery platform is. I have many tools across DeWalt, Makita, and Milwaukee battery platforms. Just the way it is.

i was reading reviews and most places are giving it over 4 out of 5 stars. I know a few people with them and they don’t say anything bad about them. Guess it’s all in how you take the reviews.
