Ebenin boys.
Well today took a weird twist. Was just rolling in to the fields at 11 when my phone went nuts with notification pings. Seems one of my work colleagues took a heart type turn and had to go to hospital. Supervisor needed a replacement but was having no luck.
I replied "can come, but after soccer finishes at 3". Reply, good enough!

End result. I got paid (overtime) to play rec soccer because our pay system is 8 hr minimum. . Drove to work, did four actual hours and handed over to next shift.

Colleague is fine, has to rest up a week tho.

Oh, and won the game too.
