Slacking by the sounds of it :risas3:
4'x14' drywall both sides insulated panels. Has FRP glued on both sides also. Heavy as *f-word and awkward to move around. We got 17 of them set last night plus some other chit. I wish we had a little slack time. LOL

I wondered what an outside guy like yourself might wanna do. Excellent skilled trade Ryan. And the demand will only grow in the future. Prolly be a good outside work type transition for ya and good money. Please be careful with the saws until you get out. Losing powersaw respect tends to leave a little complacency. Yes, I said the word you hate to hear ya! ha! Powersaw,Powersaw,Powersaw!!

I have to actually work with my hands no matter what I ever do, if I worked in an office I'd be in HR by 9 am my first day for inappropriate comments and 2 pencil dicks would probably have bloody noses..I'm like a game dog...I need exercised.

I still feel like I'm 20 years old most days, but my left shoulder is REALLY starting to bother me from when I fell a few years ago, plus idk what the fukk it is..my right hand keeps going numb and my forearm hurts..I know I didn't beat my meat THAT much..but it's getting to the point I don't sleep good.

I MIGHT finish this summer doing this. The changes and convincing it would take from my "boss" would have to be pretty serious. I'll spare you the story..but he's lucky he's walking after the way he treated us last Tuesday. It wasn't a good day.

Very nice I do see where your coming from

I'm a 4th generation carpenter. My dad is actually disappointed I'm not doing what I should be doing, he told me yesterday you need to quit playin with this tree and chainsaw *B-S.... and get back to business.

He's probably right.

If it's not about the money, ie you'll not starve, then i reckon you might as well do something that you get some enjoyment out of cuz. Work should be tolerable, not intolerable, to me anyway.

sometimes it isn’t the work but the ones that you have to deal with when working
I’ve grabbed a 3 foot bar a couple times at work because of that reason

His quest for money is making it hard..real hard. I told him last week our names aren't kunta...

He's neglecting our tools and machines to buy more things for his "lifestyle" and his new yuppie friends and their fancy boats and his new lake house, but his stump grinder is on it's last leg...the problem is he gets really *s-wordty with people when things aren't going well but he's the one that's causing that. Self reflection is tough for some people.

He's got a new shiny boat..but forgot his equipment and employees are the reason he has what he does...

Oh fo sho. But if those idjits are established, then they are part of the 'work' tho ay. I'm lucky that our small team roster all just gets on with it when its bidness time, but those same clever minds can be cantankerous when bored. It's a balancing act ay.

Sad part is ..I love the dudes I work with now ..all solid m'fers.

I'm getting smart or dumb enough (depends on how you look at it) to walk away from certain words and attitudes, he should go play the lottery he's so lucky..

People forget where they started sometimes..it's sad to watch. I told my dad last night that even if I do start killing it I'll never be above sitting on a milk crate in front of a gas station chillin' with the people I grew up with..it's just the way I am.

Does it get worse when you raise your arm over your head?
I have a similar deal, pinched nerves in my neck. I got nerve block injections into my spine back in 2018. Worked pretty good up until recently, it's been getting worse again.

It's the worst when I lay down, then if I put my arms above my head it gets really bad. I'm gonna go to the chiropractor soon.
