It sounds like he could be a twin to the owner of the dealership I work at.
If he flies off into vodka and cocaine fueled rages for no reason, they definitely are.
I couldn’t deal with that *B-S.... if aimed at me

Maybe Dallas could have helped you :)
hydraulics are your friend

Soccer, dirt biking and seemingly banging my hard-hat into every low slung pipe in the plant knocks me around a fair bit. My neck seizes up and my lower back starts spasming. I go to a Bowen practitioner, which wiki pretty much describes as quackery. If so, its my kinda quackery. The old lady who looks after me describes it as putting the information bundles back in the channels in the muscles and tendons that were created for them. Its gentle, but effective. Dunno if there's an equivalent up your way but i'd recommend looking into it at least. Chiropractors try and fix everything with one yank in my experience, and that ain't for me.

Good morning Brad how are you doing today buddy
Pretty gooder Todd. Hows you

I agree.

I visited a hippy massage therapist a few years ago. Fixed my hands in a few sessions. I've had very little trouble since.

Where did he put your hands?

How's caravan coming along?

Might get a chance to work on it this weekend. My a$$hole boss and @sawmikaze 's must have graduated from the same D-Bag university. ;)

Wow did you hit that nail on the head...

I can't even convey it on the internet..you'd have to see it to believe it.

He doesn't love trees and what he does, he loves the lifestyle it's created for him.

Take what you learned and create for yourself. ;)

His quest for money is making it hard..real hard. I told him last week our names aren't kunta...

He's neglecting our tools and machines to buy more things for his "lifestyle" and his new yuppie friends and their fancy boats and his new lake house, but his stump grinder is on it's last leg...the problem is he gets really *s-wordty with people when things aren't going well but he's the one that's causing that. Self reflection is tough for some people.

He's got a new shiny boat..but forgot his equipment and employees are the reason he has what he does...
I know a guy who had an azzhole treewerk boss like that. Finally he got fed up and took 90% of the guys clients and ran the a$$hole out of business. Turns out the guy wasn't just being an NOPE to his employees.

If you ever decided to do your own thing I'm sure that guy would be happy to give you advice.
