Yep. Its a little yard trailer my dad built years ago fir my wife. He thought she would want to ride on it behind my lawn tractor. Has one on each side with Nash metropolitan hubs and spindles. Bed frame steel for the frame. Its maybe 40" wide and 48 long. Never measured it.
