Mig welded a nut to the broken off bolt? That’s how i do’s it.

Flat washer first. Then nut.
Don't have to deal with welding inside the nut then.

So my job is in an old Sears and yesterday the condemned mall that is attached to it was set ablaze by a bum fire Tuesday morning.
Blue is us green is the rest of the mall and red is where the fire was.

We only suffered some water damage that came in under the walled off entry way from the mall.


Talk about a close one, I ain't a fan of my particular job but ain't really in the market for finding a new one yet.
