Absolutely! If I haven’t done a particular saw. I would not hesitate to ask one of you how you have successfully done them to get pointers. Doesn’t hurt my feelings at all.

Crane has a kit that contains an adjustable vacuum advance can, and various springs. I have one on the way. But, the slot that the weights travel is a little too long and you'll wind up with more total timing than needed if base timing is set high enough to keep the engine from being sluggish off idle. I'm looking at modding the advance plate to remedy that.

Since that explosion in Nashville yesterday, our landline has been spotty. It's down now, and has been since last night. Its beginning to be obvious that the target of the blast was the switching station the RV was parked in front of.
