Hello all, longtime lurker first time poster, so little backstory I’ve been cutting firewood about 13 years and slowly became more and more addicted to chainsaws. After fixing up 14 or so 10 series macs I decided to set my sights a little bigger and buy a 181 Husqvarna basically sight unseen.
It looked good but it has a lot of issues in the rear handle, cracked gas tank, won’t reach full throttle and a couple other cosmetic cracks in the handle. So my question is would I be able to put a 288 rear handle/ tank assembly on this saw and save a lot of hassle and messing around? Any and all advice is appreciated thank you
