1st pic you can see that I cut the squish flat and added a chamfer to narrow the squishband.
2nd pic you can see the depth.

Interesting stuff going on. Have always wanted to mess with pistons, even went so far as getting the endmill and drill rod material to move the pins, but have never attempted.

Trial and error, right? Nothing gained if nothing is tried. Like we used to say in the Navy... "if you ain't f'n $h!t up, you ain't learning". Lol 😬

We got 80% of it roughed out... its not pretty. The cylinder had a lot of vertical lines... it is what it is... it'll run better than it did... lol.
I'll do the intake and stratos tomorrow/later.

Figured I'd play around with the junk piston as it measures the same.
I might polish the exhaust... if I do, the exhaust might drop to 101-100*

Current numbers 102*/120*/81* squish is .0225"
