Canning some hot peppers from the garden with a bread and butter brine tonight. Also some dill pickles with lots of garlic and a jalapeno in each jar. Should be able to escape with a jar or two of each next month.

Anybody coming to this that is into square filing and can maybe teach me how and I stress maybe. I bought some files through the local Stihl dealer to try and Stihl sells the triangle ones not the other style, which I’ve heard are harder to use but still couldn’t find a good match up with a factory square chain to start with.

Lots of guys there that will be able to help. I doubt @Hedgerow remembers how after getting a grinder, but someone will.
