Looks like the 2 I just put together. They are pretty impressive little saws without any grinding even. I put them together base gasket deleted and with all the 357 carb and manifold stuff. Couldn't believe how they ran. Good job on your build!

Nice job on the saw. Thank you for sharing.

Curious how you kept the intake so low? Seems I was at 78/9 with .035 off the base. Mine was an a/m jug tho.

Mine was 79 105 119 loved the way it ran, just seemed a bit of a fuel hog, walbro 198 carb.

That was why I was curious bout your intake. Like I said it probably has something to do with the aftermarket jug I used.

Is the intake time/duration the biggest factor on fuel economy for a muffler work saw?
