How about a photo of each muffler and an explanation of what was done. What are you looking to accomplish?

Cool mods. I thought 2 and 3 were much better than 1. My preference was mod #2, but I would richen it up just a tad. Mod#3 was definitely 2 stroking the best.
With the videos it seems that everything sort of matches up. Makes more sense.

I like 3 the best, though the saw sounded a bit lean (for me) in all three cuts. I understand probing the machine's capabilities, but I usually run them a bit fat for conservation's sake. Either way, they seemed to be hauling the mail.

2 was the best sounding in the cut. 1 and 3 weren't bad but I think 1 may have been a little faster if it was a little richer.

I vote for #3. Although it's kinda hard to really know what it actually sounds like when you're listening to a saw through a cell phone's crappy ass little speaker.

And this^^^^^^^
Optimum tune for a gutted one may not be the same as a baffled one, in my testing with tuned to run the best I found gutted one to make more power on a ported saw, but I would prefer a little quieter if runs pretty close

What we are getting at is simple J. You might have to try a higher or lower tune to take advantage of the different flow characteristics of each muffler. Your testing has opened a lot of eyes, mine included, but to just cover a single rpm range is less than conclusive in my humble opinion.
