You need the set of rim sprocket 1143 007 1003 (7 th) for .325", or 1143 007 1004 for the set with the (8 th) rim. A bar would be 18 inch, .325" 68 drive links (3005 008 7017, bar number valid for the US, not sure if it is also valid for the EU). Maybe you need one drive link more, you have to see, but with making the chain from the roll shouldn`t be a problem.

@Nighthunter if you can’t find a bar over there let me know. I’m sure I can source either 16 or 18 here. Myself I’d be tempted to go 14” if I could find one, Sugihara maybe?

I run a sugi hara standard kerf 325 bar on my 241. It is a 16, and the saw is ported with the stratos gutted. But I am running 063. 050 standard kerf is gonna be a bastard. You may have to modify a bar to fit. I can't find anything on Chainsawbars.co.uk or the German sites I usually go to. All the stihl bars I seen here are .063.
You can maybe modify a .050 k095, but most of the newer editions are narrow kerf. @ajschainsaws might have a dolmar branded k095 standard kerf 325 in 050? But it's most likely he has only .058 :(

The bar on my brother's 241 is .050 - 3/8P.

Don't know if that is of any help, but I checked it while I have it here.

I just realized that oregon make a narrow kerf 050 325 bar for stihl mount. The bar is slightly slimmer, but the chain might run on it just fine. I recall Windsor used to make their 050 bars of all lengths slightly thinner and lighter back in the day for full kerf 3/8, so it might work.

160TXLBA074 is 62DL, a bit long, but it should work.
160PXLBA074 is the old product code.

Good luck, Bud!

What Sugihara code would that be, please? In their catalog I'm not able to find any .325 .050 with SL2 (= Stihl 3005) mount .

And then there's this if you want to modify the bar:
130TXLBK095

https://www.chainsawbars.co.uk/prod...egon-speed-cut-bar-13-325-050-56-drive-links/

On my Husqvarna bar mounted on my 241 I had to truncate the butt of it and drill new oil passages. Oregon bars use relatively mild steel compared to Stihl and Sugi Hara. If you are going to mod a bar, I would go with Oregon or Husqvarna.

There's also a
150TXLBK095 out there somewhere as well.

Also, I think Cannon make a c1 bar mount that is rather universal.

The problem you are running in to here is that chain was made mostly for non Stihl saws. Stihl only used .050 on .325 on their D025 mounts for mid sized saws to run longer bars.

Thanks everyone for there help, seems like a 16 is the smallest I can go, it sucks, i really don't like picco

That 241 will pull that much chain, but you got to go easy on it if you want to bury it in hardwoods. The muffler hole is tiny on these saws. Opening it up a bit will help some. The brake handle is smarlty sculpted around the exhaust, so you can make the hole big as hell and it won't burn the brake.
