Thatvis still pretty crisp tune on the high. Low sounded good just bump the idle up about 300 to 500 rpm. You are playing with fire that sharp tune on the high with a new piston.

Yeh cheers , I just watched the vid again, it does sound more crisp than I thought on the second cut.
I will try and give it some more run time today..

Please stop worrying about the tach (or taco as u call it). Tune the saw by ear. You can reference the taco later to see where the saw was happy.
