How much are you spending on am pistons for this model?
Oem is only like 25 bucks.

I know , the Meteors have given me no problems yet. They can have have Stihl OEM also if they like.

I know it's like a broken record about that. I'm still compelled to mention it because my weird mind wants to make sure that the one person left out there who doesn't know will be informed. lol

I wasn't bashing brands in any way, I just thought there might be a chance that you're paying more for the meteor.
But then I doubt Dave would let you pay more if he has a better price option.

It looks like a nice low hour saw, after a visit to the Wolf den someone will end up with a really nice unit. My 200t looks pretty shabby but runs like a top it always impresses me when I run it.

Some one took all the little linkage parts out and I had to re assemble.

I have no clue as to why all of those linkages were taken off, great job putting that puzzle back together.

Guy I got it from seemed a little strung out. One word kept popping in my head when I was negotiating with him on that saw,,, méth

Thanks for the build thread @Lone Wolf I concur that @Definitive Dave is a first rate guy also, there are a-lot of good people on this forum. I sent a shabby pile of parts to "The Wolfs Den" and he sent me back a beautiful running 020T, workmanship is excellent and he did it so fast I didn't hardly have time to go down to the Stihl dealer for a new bar.

Every one I have done I also changed the bearings .I am under the impression that side slop in same is what caused seal failure.

Holy crap, it's "Lone Wolf scisor hands" stuff flying everywhere then it all lands on the table together and starts...

Seriously, I wanted to help some but felt my hands were in danger. !!!

We (he actually) diagnosed ,stripped , sourced , tapped all the mufflers bolts and tested three saws AND ate lunch in 4 hours. Holy s word...
That's fast.

Never tested the vac till it was back together.

I like playing "parts darts" too... most days its just easier to throw new seals and a carb kit at something than it is to fiddle around with diagnosing the original issue... I'm with ya.

did the accelerator pump look ok in the carb?
