Husqvarna 136 to 142 - What's the difference?

I have a Husqvarna 136 that has a scored piston and cylinder (found it at the dump this way), looking on-line to buy a new aftermarket piston and cylinder I see that the piston, cylinder, crank and all works on the 136, 137, 141 and 142. If I buy this kit and put it on my 136, will that effectively convert it to a 142? Generally from what I understand like with a MS 271 and a MS 291, everything is the same except the 291 has a larger piston and cylinder hole, others may have longer or shorter crank shafts that change the cc rating. Is there something else with these saws that change the cc-rating or will this just be a free 6-ish cc upgrade for my saw?

I'm pretty sure the 136 and 141 are the same saw except the bore size. So yes the 141 piston/ cylinder will fit a 136 chassis. I'm not sure about the 137, 142.
