Saw started as a JMS saw. Was lucky enough that Al agreed to go through it. At the time he had to tig the flywheel side exhaust bolt hole and retap as it had been stripped. It has came loose once but it’s held fine for quite awhile now. Saw now has a 044 Zama carb. Choke setup isn’t as smooth as stock as it has an integral vstack setup but it works none the less.

not the prettiest saw but it runs very good. As you can see in the vid it pulled that 28” full comp in hardwood pretty good. That was before the vstack setup and it has picked up since then. Comes with all the extra filters and stuff you see in the pics. Will
Come with a 7 or 8 pin depending on what the buyer wants.

$475 and the ride. PayPal F&F or add 4%.
Any question...let me know.

That is a strong 361. Having one with lots of changes that pulls a 28" well like that says, buy it Now. Not many are good at making this saw go well. Attention to details and that is the result. Full comp is not easy to pull with 91dl and a 47mm bore with a very light crank. My saw pulled the 28" the same with a ported 361 Zama carb or another Walbro swapped in a bit bigger. The short bar likes that bigger carb :sisi3::sisi3:

Good price

I looked at my old notes and when Al did the work we did a meteor piston with cabers. OEM wrist pin bearing.

Cole was any work done with the oiling system? Maybe the one I had just had a stingy oiler. This is a hell of a lot of saw for the coin. GLWS.
If I remember correctly there is another one you can put on this saw for better output. Maybe a 460 oiler?

I believe I did that...but need to verify.

That bolt and gear soaks a 28" 050 it will run a 32" 063 in 3/8" also or 404 ;)
That saw won't like it much but no oil issues on the 3 or 4 series they will fit in. Not all are created equal to get those parts in one.

Saw currently has the stock OEM 361 setup.

on the 404 topic...I was mainly running this with a 20” .404 setup.

Nice detail there.
The choke can be pia on these.
Next one I'm considering adding a large roller to the arm.
Your thoughts... you understand me I hope.

Someone get Dave :D
Ya I follow you. It needs something...that’s for sure. I think it just needs to be longer with a nub or something to pull the choke arm.
