I just got a south bend 3250 w/ the upgraded hydraulics, I spent a bunch of $$ on Carli ball joints last summer, just bought all new steering parts, and a couple weeks ago I got new tires... it does add up real quick sometimes.

But my truck is a 2006... so no EGR or DPF, thank goodness. It's only got 101,000 miles, and with prices the way they are, I have no desire to get into a newer truck.

I have an 06 also w 150K on it,,,,, Yes no Emissions stuff thank you very much,,,,, 5" from the Turbo back was on it when I got it with 68K miles..... Wont be long I will be bustin some knuckles on ball joints and my wallet too, did my clutch a couple of years ago,,,,

I'll recommend paying to have the ball joints done unless you can find someone to lend you their press. The top one is on an angle and you have to make pieces to use a normal press.

I paid around $750 for Moog and installation. After he showed me the $1400 Snap on kit for these axles I had no interest in messing around trying to do it myself.

After doing some research, I wouldn't use Moogs on a dodge... I spent $800 on the Carli joints and I hope I don't regret that decision later. Thats $1000 total vs. $750 for the Moogs.
