If You have a broadband connection it is actually faster and easier to download the iso file from the above link.

If You are running Windows 10 then You don't even have to burn the iso file to a disk, instead You right click it and choose "Mount", a new window will open showing the iso's content, click "Setup" and follow further instructions as if You were running the program from a disk.
When You finish the installation right click on the virtual drive running the iso file and choose "Eject" to unmount the iso file.

It is as simple as politely asking for a copy.
Hopefully someone in Canada responds.

This is probably a dumb post but I downloaded the dropbox file and seems to be working fine but, during setup it requires a company name, last name, address, and phone number. Since I don't have an actual "company" I just made something up however I did put my address and phone number in. I know this is an old program no longer used but I just want to make sure I won't be getting any unhappy phone calls or letters lol.

I seem to recall just a couple taps on the space bar in each entry field pretty much gets you "officially" registered.
