Thought I would share these photos with you.
This pro mac 700 is a tidy saw for it,s age. Was given to me by a mate of mine who was not very mechanicaly minded.
He had a go at the mixture screws which he did not know anything about and got it that far out of tune couldn't
even get it to start. Had a peep in through the muffler opening and not even any scoring in there. Set the fuel mixture
screws back to factory settings and cleaned air filter checked carby with my mityvac pressure tester all was good new
petrol and fired her up. Ajusted fuel mix and it runs like a dream.

I blame my Pro Mac 700 for my addiction. A good, healthy example sure puts a smile on your face with a sharp chain!

May not have to worry about Trump, he will have a fair bit more talking to do to stay out of the *s-word.

A 700 is what it is,not as fast as say an 038 Stihl mag but plenty of grunt .Because it's a horinzontal cylinder it's really not a hot weather saw .or often than not the solid state ignitions will over heat on a shut down for fuel and could take 15 minutes before it decides to restart. I think I have two of that model .However I have an earlier example being a 6-10 ( 70 cc )which is right hand start points ignitions that doesn't over heat .It's been doctored a wee bit and I don't use it that often .That one winds up like a model airplane engine .
