Round cage mates well with 038,044 or 046.

The "Serious Performance," was in the ported saws.
The lemonade container is an adaption of what had originally secured the foam filter.
The container fits under the 440/044/046 covers.

I've just installed one on my 440 but haven't run it much to tell, if I can get longer filter cleaning intervals that is a win. That Maxflow filter cover kills the sexy looks of the factory filter setup though.

But one should want his saw to look half way decent.
How does everyone run these Maxflo filters? With the big cover, or open with the small top plate?
One better than the other?
I am guessing, but if you use just the cage and top plate, it looks like these filters would fit any saw that takes the HD2 filter. Am I correct, or not?
